On Sunday December 15th, I will be hosting a “Breathwork and Intention Setting” Event at my home in Venice for $25.  This will be followed by a  Potluck Party.  People can attend the potluck  without attending the Breathwork Event. The details about the day are as follows:

1:00pm – 2:00pm – This is an intro talk regarding breathwork and is only for those who have never done either a full day Holotropic Breathwork session or been to one of my previous Introductory Evenings in Venice.  If you have ever been to any of my events before, you can skip this talk and arrive at 2:00pm

2:00pm – 5:00pm – Breathwork And Intention Setting Event – Cost $25.00 – The Event will begin with an 80 minute Breathwork Experience.  Since it is being held in my home in Venice, there is limited space so I suggest registering early if you are interested in attending.  Once we have completed the breathwork we will all use this time when we are all very connected to ourselves to participate in an intention setting ceremony for the New Year (please bring your journal). 5:00pm – 7:30pm Breathwork Community Potluck Party – this portion of the day is free and is a chance to connect with other members of the Los Angeles Area Breathwork community and celebrate the lessons learned in 2013, and the upcoming birth of a brand new year with unlimited openings and possibilities.  It is open to everyone, whether or not you attend the earlier event.  You just need to bring an offering for the potluck (something to drink, dessert, food, or whatever else you can think of). If you would like to come to the Potluck,  E-mail Me so just to tell me you will be attending so I know how many people to expect.  Once you e-mail me, I will send you the address, directions and parking suggestions.
